QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering,
- Min. 3 years of experience in plastic injection or sheet metal process,
- Strong knowledge of plastic/ sheet material, plastic/ sheet mold design and process,
- Having good knowledge on molding simulation (Moldflow/Autoform or equivalent),
- Having experience in project management/ cost reduction project,
- Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Process (Production Engineering) who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate
- Being responsible for plastic injection molding related continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time, scarp, quality, material cost reduction, etc.),
- Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements till serial production,
- Providing tecnhical support for in-house plastic, assembly line and supplier production process problems,
- Managing / planing cost-saving projects.
