QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering,
- Having the desire to work on consumer electronics products and adapt to new technologies,
- Having experience in SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) PCB assembly process,
- Having experience in THT (Through Hole Technology) PCB assembly process,
- Having experience in solder paste printing process,
- Having experience in reflow soldering process,
- Having experience in process quality management,
- Knowledge of IPC Assembly Standards of PCB Manufacturing,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with self initiative mindset,
