QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years experience on mechanical production and/or winding line and/or lamination line,
- Knowledge of transfer press, sheet metal material&die design, spot welding and winding line, deep drawing,
- Knowledge about commodity and engineering sheet metal, plastic raw materials etc.,
- Strong knowledge about sheet metal molds, plastic molds,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a Specialist - Process / Product Engineering Management who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate
- Implementation and commissioning of activity improvement projects,
- Feasibility and cost reduction studies,
- Receiving and comparing offers by contacting suppliers,
- Combining modernizations and new investments according to the planned budget,
- To follow new production technologies and apply them to existing technologies.
