How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning,
- Strong knowledge of ERP ( SAP is plus)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, ( esp. Excel )
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communications is always our priority.

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Production Planning who will join our team at WAT Motor - Production & Supplier Development Tribe
- Executing scheduling operations ( Inhouse production planning including lamination presses , aluminium injection, machining , winding process )
- Material planning of outsourced processes including aluminium injection, machining, deep drawing, manuel winding, etc
- Material planning and sourcing of motor components such as bearings,
- Managing system improvement projects in the planning department,
- Improving material supply system, decreasing stocks levels based on targets (WIP and warehouse stocks),
- Tracing on-time delivery performance and making actions for higher on-time delivery,
- Being a part of new product projects,
- Being a part of capacity increase projects,
- Making cooperation with Production, R&D and Sales Agile Teams.
The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.
