The position is located in
Sütlüce, Beyoğlu. How will you foster the change?We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Quality & Service Training who will join our team at Global Customer Care Directorate.
- Contributing to the profitability directly by establishing proactive systems and solutions which reduce service call rate (SCR) and warranty costs.
- Managing warranty budgeting process and developing related metrics.
- Creating information network among the finance teams of primary countries and HQ, by holding monthly meetings.
- To enlighten technical product responsible during SCR improvements by working with the plants closely.
- Analyzing the data to stimulate projects which reduce SCR and warranty costs and developing related systems.
- Creating easy to use interface for monitoring SCR and warranty costs and reporting executive level regularly.
- Enlightening financial works for future by making cost projections according to emergent and solved big quality problems in field
