QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related departments. (Master Degree is a plus),
- 3 years of experience in the household or similar electrical appliances,
- Having experience in 6 sigma tools and lean manufacturing,
- Having experience in system design, structural design,
- Having experience in agile project management methodologies and practices,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D who will join our team at the Product Sourcing Directorate.
- Writing press releases, media announcements, speeches,
- Pitching story ideas and content to media,
- Assisting in the development and implementation communications plan of Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India region with the goal of raising the profile of the organization among key target audiences,
- Managing relationships with key media contacts in Turkey and identify opportunities to proactively pitch brand and corporate stories through media outlets,
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute PR and marketing projects that connect with communities, key leaders, and media influencers,
- Supporting local media relations and public relations efforts, including at major regional and global events,
- Helping manage crisis communications,
- Track, evaluate, and share results of PR efforts,
- Preparing communication presentations.
