Qualifıcations
How we describe the perfect fit?
•    Graduated and holds an MSc degree in Physics or Physics Engineering
•    Willing to pursue a PhD degree is preferable
•    Having experience in system, process and experiment design
•    Ambition to work in laboratory, testing and creating prototypes
•    Eager to study experimentally for developing new technologies
•    Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
•    Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
•    Outside the box thinking ability,
•    Open to innovation culture,
•    Flexible and open to new perspectives,
•    A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
•    Knowing what empathy really means,

How will you foster the change ?


We are looking for a passionate R&D Specialist to be a part of our Basic Sciences Team within R&D Directorate. 


•    Participating in and/or leading projects related to developing optical systems (covering UV, visible, IR spectra) for diverse applications and products
•    Conducting and planning experiments to accurately measure performances of lighting and/or other optical units
•    Benchmarking featured units/products for in-depth analysis of the relevant systems and components
•    Theoretical and simulation-based design of new, competitive, high-performance optical units
•    Presenting and sharing the outcomes of the project across departments and functions
