QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineer, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus),
- Minimum 2 years experience in HW design preferably in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry,
- Knowledge of Hardware & PCB Design (Altium, Proteus, OrCad),
- Knowledge of Team Center and SAP tools,
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI is a plus,
- Having experience embedded HW design especially on Atmega, Cypress, and ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 series microcontrollers,
- Knowledge of SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485 communication protocol,
- Knowledge of electronic components and semiconductors,
- Familiarity with Hardware Management Tools,
- FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem-solving methodologies, and tools,
- Ability to not only design Hardware but design hardware with a structured approach,
- Self-motivated and a capability for working to a high level of detail and accuracy, with a working knowledge of modern microcontroller designs,
- Performing product testing on your own and other Hardware as required,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,

Specialist - R&D (Hardware) who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Designing HW of mainboards, displays, illuminations, main cables, and inverter boards and implementing to refrigerator projects,
- Developing, maintaining, and improving Hardware architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of electronic projects,
- Improving and maintaining field-oriented in our products globally or other electronics applications,
- Using appropriate tools and test methods to ensure fully functional and robust HW to integration into platforms,
- Translating technical/sub-system attribute targets into module/components targets,
- Creating modules/libraries and facilitating reuse of knowledge globally,
- Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.
