QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related areas,
- Min. 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of C programming language,
- Knowledge of system modeling and control methodologies,
- Experience with simulation tools such as Matlab and Simulink on control algorithms is a plus,
- Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and system peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, DMA),
- Knowledge of electrical machines especially on PMSM,
- Having experience using GIT as a revision control system,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Çayırova.

We are looking for a passionate Specialist – R&D (Motor Control) who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate.
- Participating in R&D projects for developing new products,
- Developing maintaining and improving washing machine control software.
