QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related areas (Master Degree is a plus),
- 2-4 years experience in embedded software development and design with microcontroller-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of C programming language, C++, or Python is a plus,
- Familiar with microcontroller architectures (Cortex M, AVR) and system peripherals (ADC, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART, DMA).
- Experience using GIT as the revision control system,
- Motivation and performing on code analysis, code review and developing unit tests,
- Ability to not only write software but design software with a structured approach,
- Knowledge of freeRTOS and ArmMBED is a plus,
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI is a plus,
- FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem-solving methodologies, and tools,
- Having experience with agile software development methodologies and practices and being familiar with JIRA,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist-R&D (Embedded Software) who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Participating in R&D projects for developing new products,
- Developing, maintaining, and improving refrigerator control software,
- Improving and maintaining field-oriented and direct control algorithms embedded in our products globally,
- Work closely with system designers and other technical teams as internal clients,
- Performing test methods with tools to ensure fully functional and robust control software,
- Managing individual deadlines and deliverables.
