QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Master Degree is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics,
• Having experience on Heat & Mass transfer and System & Component Design & Optimization,
• Strong knowledge of vapor compression cooling cycle and refrigeration systems,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in household refrigeration systems,
• Having experience in standard and non-standard refrigerator/freezer performance tests,
• Having interest in modeling and simulation of cooling systems,
• Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics is a plus,
• Knowledge of performance and safety regulations,
• Knowledge of refrigeration components and manufacturing processes,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D (System Design) who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Analyzing refrigerator thermal design, both system-wise and component-wise,
• Improving the energy efficiency and sound power level by designing and optimizing the components and the whole system,
• Evaluating design alternatives based on cost quality and production feasibility,
• Implementing product prototypes, required performance tests and develop the design,
• Working with functional teams and suppliers to keep tasks on schedule and meet the design intent specifications,
• Monitoring and evaluating the state of the art cooling systems
• Performing literature survey and patent researches.

The position is located in Eskişehir.
