How do we describe the perfect fit? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, 
  • Having 3-5 years of experience in metal processes,
  • Having deep knowledge in sheet metal processing ,(Aluminium die casting and machining knowledge is a plus)
  • Having no restriction on traveling,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,

The position is located in Çayırova.


How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a Specialist - Supplier Process Development (Metal Process)  who will join our team at Production Technologies Directorate. 
  • Making Technology Development, Innovation and Business Development studies at suppliers,
  • Performing efficiency and cost reduction projects
  • Following production and testing technologies and implementing these technologies at suppliers’ production processes.
  • Creating methodologies or new business models to deploy the projects beneficial outcomes globally.
  • Carrying out technical, organizational and systematic qualification assessments of suppliers to determine their development issues and to start activities in this direction,
  • Evaluating suppliers’ performance and then leading quality and logistic KPI’s improvement activities.
  • Participating in studies to find new suppliers and executing production readiness activities in cooperation with these new suppliers.
  • Performing process and system assessments for new suppliers to integrate them into purchasing portfolio and also for current suppliers to examine their existing state. The corrective and preventive actions are henceforth implemented against shortcomings.
  • Conducting and coordinating necessary trainings for suppliers and follow up the effectiveness to increase suppliers’ performance.
