How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Technical Services & Quality who will join our team at Customer Care Team.
- Building up technical infrastructure required by presales organization of the related products,
- Gathering relevant data from field, offsite and onsite coordination of improvement projects about service malfunction ratios and guarantee expenses,
- Executing field operations and generating all technical bulletins and working guides about related products,
- Working in coordination with the related departments (Domestic Technical Training & Overseas Technical Training and Documentation).
