IDEAL PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree from Sports Management, Media Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related departments of the universities
- Minimum 7 years of working experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge MS Office tools
- Good knowledge of sports environment trends in local market, as well as global markets
- Analytical understanding, experience with data insights, and a working knowledge of social data tools
- Experience in process management and knowledge about quality standards
- Experienced in team management and strong communication skills with all departments
- Sports knowledge all different sports game (specially football)
- Understands technical terminology and developments
- Knows how to apply a technical skill or procedure
- Knows when to apply a technical skill or procedure
- Performs complex tasks related with his/her field of expertise
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Setting and implementing on and off-screen sports content quality parallel with beIN MEDIA GROUP standards
- Establishing and developing sports content quality standards
- Increasing process efficiency
