QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Communications or any related departments,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area of internal communications and/or employee experience,
- Strong knowledge of verbal and written presentation skills,
- Experience in change management and cultural transformation projects,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
