Sr. Specialist - International E-Commerce Analyst İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields (Master's Degree is a plus), 
• Minimum 6+ years of working experience in IT as a business analyst,
• Solid and proven background in E-Commerce or digital sales channels,
• SAP Hybris (CX) know-how is appreciated, 
• Practiced Agile project management in a cross functional team, 
• Hands of experience of Agile documentation including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, breaking down tasks etc., preferably on Jira & Confluence,
• Experienced in managing 3rd party suppliers and service providers,
• Experienced in working closely with cross-functional teams,
• Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve problems,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,

   The position is located in Sütlüce.


How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - International E-Commerce Analyst who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.

• Building solid working relationship with business and development stakeholderrs,
• Identifying needs and providing best-fit solutions to exceed expectation of business units in E-Commerce,
• Assisting the product owner in managing requirements by defining requirements clearly,
• Enhancing platform's capabilities globally by developing new features and processes,
• Implementing, testing and launching these features using Scrum project management process,
• Aligning with 3rd party service providers such as 3PL, payment processor, digital partners etc.,
• Ensuring appropriate IT project tools are being used.
