Job Descriptions
- Implementation & Improvement shop floor activities to analyze and report process KPI' (inc. SPPS tools)
- Following corrective and preventive actions aganist HSE issue and customer complaints.
- Following cost reduction activities
- Being a member of problem solving and PFMEA teams
- Process audit regarding to operation’s control plan,standard operation sheet, operation parameters and other required document.
- Preparing OJT documents to inform production teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or technical departments.
- Preferably to have knowledge about 16949 Quality Sytems , FMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Understanding technical drawings.
- Understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- SAP_Related transactions for production process steps
- Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achive results
- Fluent in both writing and speaking
- Good team player
- To have strong communication skill
