QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field),
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in retail or consumer goods sector in a multinational company,
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, results-driven attitude, a creative mindset,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications,
  • Preferably familiar with Google Analytics, Firebase, Google AdWords tools.


Job Description

  • Implementing effective brand-building strategies to meet internal and external customer expectation,
  • Managing and optimizing all of the Brand's marketing channels and social media marketing campaigns with analytical skills,
  • Works closely with marketing manager to ensure that marketing activity supports the overall revenue growth targets of the brand,
  • Responsible for presenting the products in a way that will strengthens the brand and increases sales,
  • Helps execute plans and reports on campaign results,
  • Providing required administrative and marketing support to marketing manager on executing marketing plan within allocated budget,
  • Support marketing planning process in line with Brand’s objectives and plans,
  • Assist in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Company and Brand Marketing requirements including communication strategy,
  • To prepare and follow up consumer and store promotions in coordination with the operation teams,
  • Helps developing and optimizing marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion),
  • Prepare and follow up media plans,
  • Analyzing sector, competition and market trends,
  • Supporting to management of the agencies (briefing and debriefing of agency input),
  • Post launch&activities evaluation.
