QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We as PAKOLINO are a startup funded by Izmir Özel Türk Koleji (ITK Ventures) that invests ventures which impacts human's attainment of knowledge or skills.ITK Ventures aim to help small businesses and start-ups grow in education technology and learning by providing them capital, industry inside knowledge, experience and network. We provide innovative solutions in educational technologies to help the children's development and we ensure that our products are sustainable with the solutions we offer in development processes of the preschool children.

We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Marketing Executive who has experience in subscription business model to scale up major sales initiatives. You will report directly to the Managing Director. We wish to work with a problem solver, praoactive, risk taker and game changer Startup Warrior.

IMPORTANT: Our startup is at an early stage. You will not just be a cog in a machine. You will be helping us build the machine. This is a role for someone who wants to figure out new ways of doing things, not just follow a predefined formula.

This position is located in İstanbul.

What you will do:

To a significant extent, we will build the role around the right candidate, and their skills and interests. Core responsibilities may evolve over time based on the company's needs and your strengths.

Your primary focus:

· Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.

· Examine, analyze, and synthesize data to forecast future customer/conversion trends.

· Analyze Performance marketing campaign results and create insights feeding the marketing and design team & commercial plans.

· Creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, customer journeys, promotions and digital communication.

· Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant department)

· Min 2-3 years of experience at related positions

· Preferable experience in one or more of the following fields: marketing, brand management, campaign management, e-commerce.

· Fluency in English both written and verbal,

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Team player
