QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DENZAY is an Architecture and Engineering Company working for international superstructure and infrastructure projects.
Denzay is looking for a creative and highly talented Structural Design Engineer, for its office in Ankara, with the responsibilities and qualifications listed below;
Responsibilities;
- Participating in Civil/Site & Structural design projects.
- Managing and coordinating architecture and engineering design projects.
- Coordination of Structural Design and site works like topographical survey, building survey, geotechnical investigations.
- Coordination of Structural Design and Site Works with architectural design and other design disciplines.
- Participating in design projects.
- Coordination of other design disciplines like architectural, electrical, mechanical etc.
- Coordination of subcontractor companies.
- Representing the company in international meetings.
- Prepare design drawings, design report and calculations, BOQ (priced or unpriced), schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Project Site Visit.
Qualifications;
- University degree in Civil Engineering.
- MSc or PhD degrees would be an asset.
- Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years in structural design projects, preferably international projects.
- Experience with international organizations and companies would be an asset,
- Experience in Concrete Structure Design.
- Experience in Steel Structure Design.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent command in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent command Ms. Office programs.
- Ms. Project / Primavera an asset
- English as second language is a must. (min intermediate B2 for both written and spoken English)
- Ability to travel to worldwide.
- Knowledge of international codes for the design of infrastructure including road design, storm water design, potable water design and etc.
- Full command in structural design related software.
