QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive Storekeeper who is attentive and has keen attention to detail. Someone who has a strong physical stamina with the ability to frequently lift and carry materials.
Applicants living in Tuzla will be prioritized.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent
Organized and punctual
Prior experience would be advantageous (experience working in warehouse and storage operations)
Proficient computer skills
Basic verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering, and receiving parts/supplies
Strong interpersonal skills – team player
Responsibilities
Prepares reports and updates as and when required
Tracks inventory levels, handles all aspects of shipping and receiving, and keeps accurate records
Receives and inspects all incoming materials; forwards all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the workshop to the correct point of storage area
Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
Verifies all goods that arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity
Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
Maintains perpetual inventory records of material received and issued
Works closely with the Procurement/Logistic Department
