We are looking for “Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Manager” to join our growing Holding company
Graduates from the relevant departments of reputable universities
At least 10 years of experience in the mentioned functions, at least 5 years of experience at manager level
Large-scale company and holding company experience
Experienced in different sub-specialties such as strategic purchasing, planning, logistics
Preferably with Start-up experience
Experienced in technical purchasing, strategic purchasing, operational purchasing processes and being able to construct the related processes
Purchased all kinds of input raw materials, intermediate goods, equipment, etc.
Experienced in overseas/abroad purchases
Will be able to apply different purchasing techniques, construct and implement relevant methodologies according to strategic requirements.
Worked to be included in the approved supplier list as a buyer and seller and/or selected a supplier.
Able to analyze good supplier/bad supplier
Experienced in request and order management
Experienced in technical specification processes
Good at technical languages ??such as PR, PO, RFI, RFP …, able to construct and implement the requirements on the ERP system
Experienced in MRP, took an active role in the parts of MRP design processes and implementation related to his own function.
Experienced in Logistics and Warehouse processes, able to construct and develop processes
Able to work in coordination with production and sales planning, to work with the necessary planning discipline and to be able to make dynamic planning
Experienced in counting processes and stock management
Will be able to work in coordination with the budget control function, have a budget logic, and be able to carry out annual purchasing planning with the relevant operational units within their own field of duty and responsibility.
Able to work in coordination with the accounting function and experienced in the necessary billing processes
Experienced in working in coordination with the relevant financial functions regarding cash flow.
Sensitive to the ethical requirements of purchasing, will implement the necessary processes in coordination with the relevant audit/control functions.
Having experience in integration and implementation, able to build all relevant processes on ERP, adapt to different ERP programs
Full command of MS Office applications, advanced knowledge of Excel, High reporting ability
Has a work discipline, can work under stress, is open to and applies change management, has a perception of risk regarding their own processes
Will be able to improve their own processes based on efficiency and competence.
Experienced in team building, team management
Following the technical and technological developments in their field
Will be able to understand the possible legal regulations, analyze their effects and trigger the relevant mechanisms within the Holding and/or companies.
Analytical, solution-oriented, strong communication skills
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
