In one of the iLab Holding Company investment Neredekal.com, we are looking for a Strategy & Business Development Specialist.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
  • 2+ years of experience in companies' strategy & business development departments
  • Able to communicate with all types of people, ice-breaker
  • Deep understanding of new products/technologies
  • Sophisticated problem-solving skills. Able to tackle unstructured problems and build strategic frameworks and financial models
  • Being comfortable with the big picture and with the details with sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects


Job Description

  • Analyze market trends, competition, growth patterns and the impact of innovations that may create opportunity
  • Familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Play a key role in the go-to-market approach for our core technology domains helping to define target customer segments, revenue models, and the value proposition
  • Help to define, supervise and share progress of the shared goals (OKRs)
  • Monthly monitor the level of compliance (KPIs & Milestones & Budget) of the different plans, programs and projects in progress and propose corrective measures in case of significant deviation
  • Explore & assess possible new business verticals that may ensure incremental revenues by direct investment or partnership with the companies
  • Preparing internal presentations for Ad-Hoc studies
  • Coordinate, track and report marketing activities
