In one of the iLab Holding Company investment Neredekal.com, we are looking for a Strategy Executive.

Profile

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management. Master’s degree or MBA is an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or 4+ years of experience in companies' strategy & business development departments
  • Experience on business road maps and growth in a platform technology company is a plus
  • Deep understanding of new products/technologies
  • Being comfortable with the big picture and with the details with sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Excited to work with product, marketing, human resources, and other functions working with team leaders

  • Sophisticated problem-solving skills. Able to tackle unstructured problems and build strategic frameworks and financial models
  • Commercial and Business acumen to talk on eye level with C Levels
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects

Job Description

  • Analyze market trends, competition, growth patterns and the impact of innovations that may create opportunity or risk for the investments
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify issues that affect the Neredekal.com’s growth and profitability, support conclusions and influence decisions, including market segmentation and sizing, market trend and competitive landscape analyses, benchmark, business and financial modeling, operations analyses etc.
  • Evangelise the strategy and support the execution of strategic and annual plans through effective collaboration across teams and divisions
  • Play a key role in the go-to-market approach for our core technology domains, helping to define target customer segments, revenue models, and the value proposition
  • Help to define, supervise and share progress of the shared goals (OKRs)
  • Leading and supporting strategic business initiatives assigned by management team
  • Monthly monitor the level of compliance (KPIs & Milestones & Budget) of the different plans, programs and projects in progress and propose corrective measures in case of significant deviation
  • Attend periodic meetings and closely follow (and involve if needed) action plans
  • Prepares adhoc and monthly reports and presentations to assist top management to identify key strategic issues requiring attention
  • Coordinate & prepare answers to the questions of regulatory bodies and institutions
  • Generating quantitative, ad-hoc analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business and identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency
  • Supporting all teams' collaboration and contribute to process improvement
