QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Teknopark İstanbul'da ve Teknopark Ankara'da ofisleri bulunan firma tasarım, konstrüksiyon, ileri mühendislik analizleri, yazılım satışı, Ar-Ge projeleri ve teknik eğitimler alanında uzman kadrosuyla hizmet vermektedir.


To be assigned in defense industry projects in Ankara;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from Mechanical, Aircraft, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering departments,
  • At least 4 years of experience in defense industry,
  • Excellent experience in FEA tools such as (Msc Patran/Nastran, Hyperworks, Abaqus),
  • Deep knowledge in principles of Structural Analysis,
  • Being a good Excel and Word user and familiar with the Microsoft Excel VBA environment,
  • Excellent experience in CAD design tools,
  • Experience in aircraft structures,
  • Experience in structural optimization,
  • Proficiency in aerospace structural analysis of metals and composite structures, including bonded joints, sandwich panels,
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis and experienced on Simcenter, NX Nastran
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Competency with MS Office programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point),
  • No military obligation (for male candidates).


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supports the efforts to establish the challenging aircraft performance criteria by utilizing optimization methods and tools in order to obtain the most weight efficient, realistic and feasible structure,
  • Drive design solutions and lead a structural analysis team to deliver a solution that meets requirements,
  • Modify designs based on cost and manufacturing capabilities,
  • Utilises analytical methods, finite element and other analysis tools for supporting product design and verification of structural integrity throughout the product life cycle,
  • Reviews and approves engineering drawings,
  • Develops test plans, supports test execution and analyses/reports test results to validate and verify structural integrity,
  • Develops/executes certification and qualification plans to substantiate and validate airframe structures against customer and certification requirements,
  • Supports internal/external design reviews, critical milestones,
  • Performing structural analyses with hand calculations and aided by FEA programs,
  • Leading the team at the help required subjects and guiding them for learning the failure theories of metals and composite structures,
  • Responsible for leading the team composed of structural design engineers, structural analysis engineers, system installation engineers and structural test engineers.
