QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EnginSoft Turkey, ağırlıklı olarak savunma sanayi ve otomotiv sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir mühendislik firmasıdır. Teknopark İstanbul'da ve Teknopark Ankara'da ofisleri bulunan firma tasarım, konstrüksiyon, ileri mühendislik analizleri, yazılım satışı, Ar-Ge projeleri ve teknik eğitimler alanında uzman kadrosuyla hizmet vermektedir.
To be assigned in defense industry projects in Ankara;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from Mechanical, Aircraft, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering departments,
- At least 5 years of experience in defense industry,
- Strong technical background with aerospace industry standards,
- Excellent experience in CAD design tools at last 5 years,
- Deep knowledge in principles of Structural Analysis,
- Experience in aircraft structures,
- Experience with the metallic part design and its manufacturing processes, including extrusion, machining, sheet metal forming, forging, etc.
- Experience with the composite part detail process, including composites stacking sequence, lamination theory, honeycomb core, bonded assemblies, manufacturing assembly and fabrication processes, post-cure machining operations desired,
- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles including GD&T,
- Stress analysis experience using FEM based tools such as MSc Patran / Nastran, Abaqus or relevant tools with both metal and composite parts,
- Experience in composite stressing methods for CFRP/GFRP monolithic and sandwich materials,
- Experience in structural testing and allowable generation, familiarity with statistical methods,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Competency with MS Office programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point),
- No military obligation (for male candidates).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive design solutions and lead a structural design team to deliver a solution that meets requirements
- Produce airframe structural configuration layouts and guide design team for detail designs including preliminary sizing/stress analysis, joint layouts, interface boundary definitions of parts and assemblies employing metallic and composite materials
- Manage design team to create and maintain CAD solid models and drawings of installations, assembly and detail components that meet all requirements such as structural integrity, interface boundaries, weight and cost targets as directed by the project engineer
- Preparing design guidelines / design directives to be used for structural design
- Produce airframe structural configuration layouts and detail designs including preliminary sizing/stress analysis, joint layouts, interface boundary definitions of parts and assemblies employing metallic and composite materials
- Conduct periodic design reviews as required to ensure designs meet the requirements
- Interfaces with internal and external customers to present design development outputs
- Interfaces with procurement and manufacturing to facilitate transition from design to production
- Review customer requirements and support decomposition to lower level requirements.
