QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
· Minimum 2 years Experience in Quality Management (preferably automotive)
· Experience in manufacturing processes (casting,machining,press,painting,assembly)
· Work experience on supplier development and improving customer satisfaction
· Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and 8D problem solving methodology
· Preferably IATF Internal Auditor certificate,
· Good communication skills,
· Very good command of English both written and spoken,
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
· Experience in application of portals/tools of office 365 i.e SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Tools etc. is an asset.

Job Description:
· Identify the critical supplier list per category and define the improvement target(s) per supplier.
· Evaluate the supplier qualification and to ensure the supply base is and remains fully qualified and compliant through regular monitoring and the reporting of the qualification status.
· Supplier Assessment (On-Site Audits),
· Verify the effective closure of corrective action plan items by the supplier side.
· Non-Conformance and Claim Management
· Supplier Performance Monitoring
· Supplier Performance Improvement
· PPAP Approvals
