To support our team in Izmir or Istanbul, we are looking to recruit a Supplier Key Account Manager Blades.

  • University degree in B.Sc. / M.Sc. Engineer
  • MBA and PMP is a plus
  • Confident and experienced in working interdisciplinary and international companies
  • Assertiveness, managerial experience, good understanding of figures and the ability to analyze and prepare complex issues in depth
  • Min. 5+ years of professional experience and relevant experience in the field of wind blade manufacturing
  • Experience in Wind – Blade Manufacturing is considered as an advantage
  • Min. 8+ years of professional experience and relevant experience in the field of project management, management reporting and new product introduction
  • Relevant experience in supplier account management, Project Management, supply chain
  • Experience in working with matrix organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience to operate Microsoft projects or equivalent tool.
  • Confident use of Excel
  • Flexibility and analytical skills
  • Leadership skills and Coaching skills but also ability to get things done in a self-driven way
  • Organized and disciplined
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Good command of the English language
  • International business experience in management in global companies and in intercultural environment
  • In possession of driver´s license
  • Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description:

  • Owner of regional supplier relationship with external assembly / manufacturing partners for main components
  • Key interface between external assembly suppliers and ENERCON
  • Manage compliance of contractual obligations resulting from assembly and manufacturing contracts with external suppliers
  • Track and manage contract-relevant KPIs with regards to costs, quality and supply chain availability to ensure total cost efficiency
  • Consolidate supplier performance relevant KPIs into periodic management reports
  • Drive execution of upcoming tasks and timely escalation of performance related issues such as delays on contractual deliverables (quantity, cost and quality targets)
  • Monitoring and expediting of milestones, timelines and targets along entire supplier life cycle
  • Responsible for coordination between supplier, Global Procurement and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive supplier progress and lead cross-functional reviews to assure timely completion of contractual milestones
  • Track and monitor project cash flow and budget with support of internal stakeholders such as Finance
  • Ensure robust global and regional supply chains for on time delivery and capacity requirements
  • Manage and guarantee supply contract compliance in phases of new product introduction or ramp up / ramp down for model changes
  • Cooperate with Global Category Managers for perpetual benchmarking of current sources to drive cost and quality related KPIs
  • Initiate and coordinate cost out measures throughout the value chain
  • Detect and mitigate supply line risks with potential impacts on cost and quality
  • Escalation of non-compliance on cost, delivery and quality performance
