QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience, engineering degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with supplier evaluations and auditing.
- Familiarity with Quality Management System
- Problem solving, Root cause analysis and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, presentation and database tools
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Flow, Corrective Action and Problem Solving Methodologies
- Ability to compile data and analyzes data results based performance KPIs
- Experience in ISO9000 standard implementation preferred.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Will be resident in Eskişehir
İŞ TANIMI
- Work with the suppliers to resolve supplier manufacturing issues, determining root cause and implementing effective quality resolutions.
- Manage audit program and evaluate suppliers according to the group SQA policy and rank the level of supplier
- Arrange random and planed audit with current supplier according to the supplier quality index.
- Work together with Supplier Quality team to improve supplier quality index.
- Verify, evaluate and approve corrective action plans from suppliers
- Internally, report and follow-up on deviations
- Implement and monitor PPAP processes and their effectiveness, including FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, etc.
- Review and implement statistical analysis techniques (SPC, Cpk, etc.) to ensure supplier process capability and to monitor performance.
- Develop and maintain systematic reporting to suppliers on their quality performance.
- Provide a high level of customer service, both internal and external, including both written and verbal communication.
- From available information, track required KPI metrics to determine risk and areas for improvement.
- Will be the technical liaison between Purchasing, Quality, and our supply base.
