GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for our Supply Chain department. Our company is positioned in the top 5 companies globally and is the pioneer manufacturer in Turkey by supplying copper brazed double wall and high frequency welded single wall steel tubes for automotive brake and fuel systems and household appliances as condenser and evaporator tubes. We are continuing to grow in 5 countries in 3 continents.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree at related fields (Engineering is preferable)
· Minimum 4 years of experienced on Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality positions in Automotive industry.
· Experienced on Quality Management Systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
· Quality Core Tools, Supplier Development knowledge is must
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Good command of English in oral and written is a must (English skills will be tested)
· Able to travel domestic and abroad
· Has a driving licence
· Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul or Gebze, Darıca, Izmit
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supplier Quality activities in co operation with Project and Quality Management
· Selecting, auditing and developing the suppliers through qualification processes
· Resolution of quality issues from local or international suppliers
· Advising related approaches, processes and procedures in the own field
· Following supplier performance reports
· Strong and proven audit experience (especially VDA) is preferable
· Auditing and validating supplier quality walls for all open QR after a customer claim, when a purchased component is involved
· Monitoring the yearly requalification of supplier components as per the control plan for the component
· Defining and following up audit action plans
· Defining quality objectives with the assigned high impact supplier (HIS) and “D” level suppliers on yearly basis
