Job Description
- Supplier Quality Management tasks for series purchased components, responsibility especially for Assigned Part Families
- Planning Risk Oriented Incoming Inspection
- Fast and efficient problem solving in Management of Complaint Process (8D to Suppliers) and guiding supplier task forces and escalation management
- Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling
- Concessions for supplied parts
- Reimbursement (Charge back) of defect costs to suppliers in coordination with Commercial (Direct) Purchasing
- Being window person for purchasing organization in the plant
- Internal cooperation with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial (Direct) Purchasing, Project Management, Project Quality and Supplier Quality functions
- External Cooperation with suppliers
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable degree
- Professional experience in purchasing, manufacturing, project management and / or quality desired
- Knowledge of the product development process as well as technical manufacturing processes and cost calculation
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge of advantage
- High degree of goal and result orientation
- Communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertiveness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- German knowledge of advantage
