QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, Metal/Welding Engineering and Management, or other scientific education,
- Minimum 10 years of related experience,
- In-depth knowledge of the Metal - Plastic Mold commissioning process,
- The ability to guide a team to achieve important goals together,
- Proactive, open to continuous learning, result-oriented,
- Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills, creative and initiative,
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Very good command of English.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management of Metal – Plastic mold commissioning Team,
- Reporting the Metal - Plastic Mold commissioning process,
- To ensure the coordination with the Supplier Quality - Project Quality Units,
- Leading the continuous development and standardization of mold follow-up and commissioning procedures,
- Following up the maintenance and quality problems of BUY serial production molds,
- Molder park approval – inspection of new molders,
- BUY Maintenance of mass production molds - tracking quality problems,
- Supporting the improvement of MFI Supplier Quality indicators with mold improvements.
