Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².

What you need is...


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in material planning and production planning,
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP required (MM).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal),
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.


As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for;


  • Manage and track open purchase orders (aging, backorders etc.) and follow-up with suppliers to validate estimated time of delivery and ensure estimated time of arrivals are being met and tracked accordingly.
  • Balance forecasts of customer demand against inventory levels, supplier deliveries, production schedules and transportation channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels (out of stock items, urgent items, excess) and ensure timely creation of purchase orders to maintain appropriate levels of in-stock items.
  • Review and approve suppliers shipping documents, ensuring that suppliers are adhering to Anatolia’s shipping standards such as container weight and loading instructions, and has proper shipping documents (e.g. BOL, invoices, packing list etc.).
  • Assist in resolving delivery or documentation issues where necessary.
  • Act as primary contact for all inquiries related to product status or issues from suppliers, customer service, management and sales.
  • Make sure that Vendor portal is updated on time to notify our distribution Centre of product arrivals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly production priority lists and reports for suppliers.
  • Confirm supplier invoices are aligned with shipment and purchase orders prior to processing.
  • Escalate supplier issues to local representatives for further investigation.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, and train new suppliers on Anatolia’s processes.
  • Conduct capacity analysis and make recommendations for vendor-item combinations where necessary.
