QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

· Planning and developing supply chain management strategies in line with company strategies, preparing the supply chain budget in parallel with these strategies, monitoring the implementations within the framework of approved budgets and performance targets,

· In order to ensure that the right product reaches the customers in the right place at the right time; structuring and management of all supply chain processes such as demand planning, production planning, purchasing, storage and distribution,

· Within the production plan; Supply of raw materials, operating materials and commercial products from domestic and foreign markets in the most economical way, on time and in accordance with the budget,

· Management of all operations from order to warehouse, monitoring, reporting and improvement of stock turnover and shipment performances, developing systems and monitoring effectiveness,

· To ensure the continuity of company activities and production without interruption; Establishing connections regarding periodic purchases, managing supplier performance management and negotiation processes according to company objectives, preparing and monitoring and auditing the necessary contracts and specifications,

· To ensure and protect the competitiveness of the company; Optimizing all supply chain processes from sales forecasting to delivery of the product to the customer, continuous improvement of input costs without compromising product and service quality, establishment and management of sustainable optimization systems for this purpose

· Preparing optimum distribution plans in order to ensure that the products are delivered to the customers at the desired time and content, and making the shipments by using internal or external resources within the framework of these plans

· Proper integration and auditing of GMP and quality system procedures throughout the supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

· At least a Bachelor's degree from universities preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics,

· In the food industry; At least 15 years of active experience in the sub-functions of Purchasing, Demand and Production Planning, Warehouse and Shipment management, (at least 5 years of management level experience)

· ERP/AX usage information

· Strong written and verbal communication, high-level presentation skills, business management with data,

· Good command of English

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
