This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, reports to BAMEAC Supply Chain Manager.

BAMEAC Finance & Operations department consists of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Digital, Data & IT functions.
Supply Chain Planner, BAMEAC
The position
As Supply Chain Partner you will be responsible to ensure Novo Nordisk product availability to patients across BAMEAC Countries with uninterrupted, efficient, and compliant supply.
Short Term:
An active member of Affiliate Response Team (ATR), where all supply escalations and requests from regions and countries are handled. Evaluating the risk of each escalation from the Market and/or cluster, ensure that financial, reputational, and patient risk is identified clearly and reported to management accordingly. Ensuring that all escalations are prioritized based on the risk, and relevant communication is coordinated towards affiliates, and PS.
Mid Term:
Create an allocation management protocol by defining clear guidelines for triggering allocation decisions. Identifying the prioritization principles of products, geographies, and customers by aligning with a multifunctional business team. Driving process improvement initiatives with PS S&OE Team and ensuring that relevant alerts are in place to proactively identify potential shortages.
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree, preferably in MSA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience within supply chain or inventory management experience in a multinational company. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background and you have strong analytical skills.
