This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, reports to BAMEAC Supply Chain Manager.

Supply Chain Planner, BAMEAC

The position
As Supply Chain Partner you will be responsible to ensure Novo Nordisk product availability to patients across BAMEAC Countries with uninterrupted, efficient, and compliant supply.

Short Term:
An active member of Affiliate Response Team (ATR), where all supply escalations and requests from regions and countries are handled. Evaluating the risk of each escalation from the Market and/or cluster, ensure that financial, reputational, and patient risk is identified clearly and reported to management accordingly. Ensuring that all escalations are prioritized based on the risk, and relevant communication is coordinated towards affiliates, and PS.

• Support and guide regions for allocation management decisions and Drive communication and coordination with affiliates
• Navigate the diverse system landscape and deliver timely and accurate reports supporting the prioritization
• Understand & interpret data, identify issues, analyse causes and provide well-reasoned conclusions and solutions

Mid Term:
Create an allocation management protocol by defining clear guidelines for triggering allocation decisions. Identifying the prioritization principles of products, geographies, and customers by aligning with a multifunctional business team. Driving process improvement initiatives with PS S&OE Team and ensuring that relevant alerts are in place to proactively identify potential shortages.

• Responsibility holder and key contact for supply planning in BAMEAC
• Responsible for secure allocation management minimizing shortage on the market or patient level
• Responsible for monitoring inventory level and flagging low/high stock levels risking scrap or stock out

Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree, preferably in MSA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience within supply chain or inventory management experience in a multinational company. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background and you have strong analytical skills.

• Processes optimization, performance tracking, and supply Planning experience or equivalent. Demand planning/ forecasting experience is a plus
• You are expected to be advanced at MS Office applications, data analysis, and basic knowledge of CRM and other salesforce tools
• Basic experience in database management, SQL, VB programming skills
• You have strong business drive with customer centricity, business acumen and commercial mindset
• Capability of strategic thinking and bringing the organization towards the defined goals
• Experience of working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholder management
