Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering or related fields of study.
• Good analytical skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate a large volume of information, with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Communication, transversal work, active listening ability, customer orientation, structured thinking, team spirit, persuasion and leadership, endurance, tenacity, innovation and planning, and anticipation skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain and project management is an advantage.
• Advanced level of English.
• French is an asset.

Job Description:

Supply chain process engineer defines and maintains Supply Chain solutions/standards regarding process/systems. She/He is in charge of the animation of the SDCA: standardization (Tools), Deployment (Training and Job clubs), Check (Process evaluations), Act (Action plans further to process evaluations or customer feedback). Within breakthrough projects, she/he leads the stages of collection of the need, analysis of the existing, conception, test, and deployment. He/she is supposed to be the locomotive in Supply Chain Digital transformation and deliver digital products which create value for internal SC users.
