QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the Position
Assurance delivery performance to meet projects requirements.
Responsibilities and Tasks;
- Track orders from placement through delivery,
- Ensure delivery schedules being provided to all stakeholders,
- Ensure physical progress and delivery schedule aligned to meet project due date,
- Verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates,
- Review schedules and take actions immediately with all internal and external stakeholders for any potential delays,
- Review various sources options and advice the best options based on workload and capacity,
- Work with vendors to determine the timing and means of delivery,
- Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that the appropriate quantity shall be received by packing lists,
- Ensure that the appropriate goods are transferred to each department in a timely manner,
- Look forward delivery improvement in case possible delays and/or obstacles,
- Seek out ways to save money on the procurement of goods and requests budget increases as needed,
- Create and follow up area-specific KPIs,
- Execute Metso:Outotec values at work,
- Ensure Metso:Outotec safety and sustainability standards in place for whole working environment,
- Ensure Metso tools in use.
Qualifications;
- Having engineering bachelor’s degree,
- 3-5 years of experience at relevant department of heavy industry fabrication,
- Having advanced production, planning and scheduling experience,
- Very good level of Office software skills,
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders,
- Being able to meet essential requirement; physically against to shop environment and software knowledge to complying inspections and reporting,
- Advanced level of English language reading, writing and speaking skills,
- Native Turkish speaker,
- No travel restriction both domestic and abroad, B Class or greater driving license must.
