GENEL NİTELİKLER

• University or Master’s degree graduate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning (preferably in FMCG Industry)

• Advance command of verbal and written English,

• Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel, and Power Point

• Able to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,

• Have effective time management skills and prioritize works based on project timelines,

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills,

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,

• Good understanding of Planning dynamics,

Job Description

• To prepare weekly production plans for the product group she/he is responsible for

• Determining material needs and creating orders according to the targeted inventory level

• Managing weekly material needs meetings

• Leading the S&OP meeting cycle, which is a decision-making strategy for business, and preparing required presentations

• Follow-up of export orders and organization of meetings with the necessary teams

• Preparing department presentations

• Prepare KPI reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis, (Forecast Accuracy, Weekly Stock out Report, Finish good inventory days, raw and pack material inventory days)
