GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description:

As an Engineering part-time with Orion Innovation Turkey, you will have an opportunity to leverage your skills in Customer Support, VoIP systems, Cloud Technologies and TCP/IP systems that are used in global Core Voice Engineering. You will take on meaningful work contributing to projects and customer support requests (CSRs).

This is a direct customer liaison role interacting and communicating with customer and other internal teams to ensure that customers get the best performance and value from the equipment they buy from company with a proper support. This role requires;

- Working closely with worldwide customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions

- Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective

- Identify and resolve application and platform related configuration, software issues reported from Customer sites

- Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule

- Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers

General Qualifications:

- Fresh graduate or the final year student of Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or other related fields

- Fluent English both verbal and written is a must

- Good communication skills; ability to build trust and influence

- Good analytical skills, and being eager to develop and take on responsibility

- Aiming for continuous improvement and highly motivated

- Follow customer SLAs and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction

- Fast Troubleshooting

The following knowledge will be a plus;

- Linux operating systems

- Cloud systems / Virtualization / Openstack

- Voice Protocols including SIP, H.248, etc.

- TCP/IP, VoIP technologies

- Databases
