TKG Automotive produces and supplies sheet metal stampings and assemblies for the automotive industry. Starting from the earliest development stages of a project, TKG Automotive provides a complete range of engineering and production services for a wide range of components including welded assemblies and heat shields.

We are looking for a team member to take an active role as an Process Development Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Having at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in Project, Engineering, Method and R&D departments,
- Able to analyze technical drawings, have experience in geometric measurement and tolerance,
- Having knowledge and experience about pressing and welding (arc, spot, projection welding) processes,
- Experienced in fixture design in robotic cells
- Experienced in machine and equipment installation (press, robot cell..) processes,
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices,
- Able to use CATIA software at a good level,
- Able to use MS Office programs well,
- Experienced in problem solving techniques (A3, 8D, 5W, fishbone ..)
- English knowledge, both written and spoken
- Having a Class B driver's license and actively driving,
