In our internationally growing organization, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a Sustainability Department Intern.

The position will be based in YILPORT Holding headquarters located at YILDIRIM Tower, Maslak, Istanbul, TURKEY.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3rd or 4th grade undergraduate students from Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Legal and other related programs,
  • Able to work at least 3 full days in a week,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power BI and Power Point) preferably in Excel,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce at all levels in a multi-cultural environment and team,
  • Must be a creative thinker, focused and attentive to detail and accuracy,
  • Reside in/able to relocate to İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Global Sustainability Director, Sustainability Department Intern will be mainly responsible for assisting sustainability management, documentation and policy preparation.

Additional responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Evaluating existing documentations and processes that cover Sustainability (ESG) requirements such as Environmental Policy, Social Policy (Gender Equality, Inclusion and Diversity), Economy (Digitalization & Governance ) – Operational , IT and Governance Policies,
  • Supporting the Global Environmental Data Project such as setting the framework for EU Taxonomy requirement and Sustainability Reporting,
  • Supporting other projects that were presented in the Sustainability (EES) Roadmap.
