Qualifications & Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years fo work experience in the field of sustainable development area
- Good command of written & spoken English is a must
- Having experience in reporting processes in the field of sustainability (including BIST, CDP, Global Compact and its programs, Ecovadis)
- Having experience in collaborating with agencies and consultants
- Strong analysis and data reading skills
- Experience in project development and project execution
- Action oriented and proactive
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel & Power Point
- Ability to travel
- Experience at one of the Big 4 firms would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Creaiting and executing a roadmap for medium and long term sustainibility strategies with stakeholders
- To follow international and national legal regulations, to take their evaluations in terms of our sector and our company, to carry out the process with the relevant people
- Working in partnership with internal and external Task Force teams, managing the process as a project owner
- Management of internal, external, stakeholder communication and training processes
- Preparing reports on CDP, Ecovadis, OEM once a year in cooperation with teams
- Preparing sustainability reports to BIST on an annual basis once every 3 months in cooperation with the teams
- Data validation processes management
- Provide consultancy to other departments by making solution-oriented analyzes
- Process management for NGO collaborations on their requests and requirements
- Management of internal, external, stakeholder communication and training processes
- Presentation and reporting to related stakeholders
