İŞ TANIMI

·         Greets all guests coming in to the hotel and helps them for their direction
·         Escorts all individuals who needs direction in the hotel
·         Is present in the lobby during any functions and events organized by hotel
·         Escorts guests to their rooms with or without luggage and gives basic information about the room  and facilities if necessary
·         Keeps herself fully informed of hotel facilities, services, events and promotions.
·         Makes paging service for the guests in the Lobby if needed
·         Reports any unusual events to the concierge and Security
·         Provides general information to the guests
·         Watches cleanliness and tidiness of the Lobby area, informs HK and/or Engineering for requirements of  cleaning or maintenance
