Qualifications
- Have a bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of experiences in the relevant field
- Perfect command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills;able to work in a team, being flexible and having stress tolerance
- Being result oriented and high level of availabilitiy
- Have technical skills in virtualizatiın(VMware) and preferably ITIL v4
- Have an excellent knowledge in Azure Cloud (Configuration, management and automation of the Azure environment ; advanced expertise in managing subscriptions, resource groups, and resources ; experience in the management of Data platforms (Data Factory, ADLS, KeyVault,...), RBAC strategies, Tag Management, Cost management on Azure, WVD solution (Windows Virtual Desktop), VPN management on Azure, Scripting on Azure; Terraform, PowerShell, Json)
- Have an excellent knowledge in Microsoft Technology (Workstation operating system: Windows 7, Windows 10, (knowledge of MAC and/or Linux systems is a plus), Server operating system: Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory ,DHCP, DNS, Filer, Microsoft O365)
Job description
- Ensure daily operations (change requests, incidents, service requests, etc.).
- Anticipate and diagnose incidents and malfunctions in order to determine corrective actions
- Coordinate stakeholders to facilitate resolution of incidents and issues
- Advise and assist clients.
- Update technical and follow-up documentation.
- Write reports (Incident , intervention , meeting …)
- Take turns being on call with colleagues. This is a on demand ticket & telephone duty on weekdays.
