Job Description :
Main Objective :
Contribute to product performance and client satisfaction by translating system requirements (customer requirements, regulations, product general safety, functional performance, maintenance requirements...) into technical functions and functional specifications for Chassis Control System components.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex and challenging environment
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience and know-how for electronic components and chassis control and/or ADAS systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English or French
- Willing to work with international counterparts
- Project management skills in system engineering domain
- Strong communication, technical analysis and synthesis capabilities
- System development and follow up with suppliers
Mission :
Outside the cycle :
- sets functional standards on both physical area and operating logic
- writes and declines requirements of the functions up to components level
- generates the validation plan
- ensures development follow up and technical convergence
In upstream project phase:
- adapts the functional standard to project,
- adjusts functions and part performances
- sets control and runs the validation plan of the function, applied to the project
In project and industrialization phases:
- manages modifications during the project due to regulation changes, product requests, quality feedback or cost reduction ideas
- acts in coordination with technical teams and suppliers under System Architect responsibility.
Main deliverables and indicators:
- Functional specifications
- STR COMP (System Technical Requirements) through the delegation received from System Architect
- Deliverables availability outside the cycle and at Projects milestones
