General Qualifications
- Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering,MIS
- Have a good level of understanding and writing skill in English language.
- Willing to learn and research.
- A good team player, solution focuesed, open to new innovations.
- Have a basic information about Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Willing to deep dive into Open Source technologies.
- Can work in a flexible and shifted environment. Monitoring is done 7/24 by Team Members.
- Done military service or postponed at least 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Check if monitoring systems work properly.
- Ensure, monitoring systems work properly end to end and take actions to improve current processes.
- To monitore servers CPU, memory, disc, network, web service, etc, states. Take actions in line with monitoring procedure and when needed escalate problems to related departments.
- Prepare weekly IT Infrastructure reports.
- Make weekly version deployment of OTI Systems.
