Job Description & Responsibilities:

Monitoring the performances and making necessary referrals,

To plan the appropriate recruitment strategy by analyzing the position needs by meeting with the company directors and head managers,

Presenting a job offer to suitable candidates,

Evaluating the applications in accordance with the expected job description and criteria, and working in coordination with the relevant department manager for suitable candidates, to implement the evaluation processes in accordance with the procedures,

Developing "Employee Satisfaction" projects and practices within the scope of Human Resources practices,

Bringing internal and external talents to the institution and making career plans,

Creation and follow-up of talent pool,

Coordinating intra-departmental and inter-enterprise relations; execution of employee engagement, motivation, reward & suggestion systems and productivity projects,

Requirements:

Undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or similar fields,

If you have at least 5 years of experience as a manager in Human Resources processes,

Improved reporting and presentation skills,

Analytical thinking, high planning and problem solving skills,

High communication skills, prone to teamwork,

Innovative and visionary, following new trends in human resources,

Having suggestions and innovative ideas to reduce the turnover rate,
