QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What You Will Need to Be Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, or related disciplines from reputable universities.
- Min. 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (preferably in engineering roles), technology, or a high-growth multinational corporate organization.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced planning, organization, and analyzing skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to develop networking and high focus on stakeholder management
- Understanding of changing business dynamics and proven ability to adapt, realign, and re-prioritize goals and actions.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
- Deep knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications.
What Will You Work On?
- Manage and execute the full life cycle of the recruitment process from the opening of position requisition through candidate onboarding, focusing on supporting our Engineering Teams.
- Design and execute attractional strategies with innovative sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future.
- Partner with hiring managers and other interviewers; provide recruiting reports and keep all stakeholders informed of candidates’ recruitment progress/status.
- Participating and supporting other P&C projects and initiatives according to the candidate’s professional development and personal interests.
