QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Talent Attractiveness & Employer Branding Responsible (Temporary - 9 Months)" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
In this role you will;
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications
- Organizing interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates
- Following up full cycle of recruitment steps such as assessments, reference checks etc.
- Maintaining relationships with all candidates for future openings
- Prepare recruitment status reports and provide analytical and well documented data
- Actively participating in employee branding projects such as participating in job fairs or other employee branding and campus events
- Preparing presentations, organizational announcements such as new project launches
- Following Purchase Orders (PO), vendor agreements, procedures of HR Department
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences
- Previous HR internship experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Human Resources trends, willing to seek for new approaches
- Open to learning and hunger for constant improvement
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment with high result-orientation
- Proactive, achievement-oriented and problem solver
- Excellent MS Office skills, strong presentation skills
- Strong English proficiency
