TELUS International is looking for a Team Support in İstanbul, Turkey!


Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Good level of English language proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Able to adapt to busy and flexible working hours (weekend / evening shifts )
  • Experience on BPO sector is a plus
  • Composure, patience, solution-oriented, and can-do approach to conflicts


Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing mentorship, guidance and development to the team
  • Leading a team through an exciting transition to build aspects as problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for results development.
  • Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
  • Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication.
  • Leading a team to ensure achieving excellent performance and provide best customer experience.
  • Regular reporting on team’s KPIs and achievements
  • Bring best practices to ensure excellent performance delivery (QA scores, AHT, productivity)
